I have no complaints regarding my visit to Queens Hospital. The staff are very ca ring an d helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble for any of them doctors, nurses or office staff. Even the tea trolley lady was very nice and helpful. I have as far as I can note been kept informed of all procedures. I find that at times the doctors and nurses are under a great deal of pressure and do at times seem understaffed. The only time I was a little frustrated was when first waiting to see the doctor. Heat perhaps a system could be installed at waiting station to see doctor take a ticket number call out so that you don't feel forgotten.
